You listen, supplied information and tried to please me. I am humbled by your care and performance and would recommend you to any that asked. You have two young sons that is apparent you love and are a a good example of what they should strive to become. Please as you grow with them stress for them to search for the facts always. When the need for an opinion is needed try not to embrace groundless conspiracies. Hillary and Barack have been greatly mistreated by the Republicans. The conservatives and shrinking party of "old white men" must evolve or perish. The November election will make 2018 look like a "cake walk" given the republicans give probably their biggest loss ever.. Finally the rule of law and civility will be in power. Our Constitution , separation of powers and checks and balance will be put back into operation. 45 Will eventually reside in a federal prison or mental institution for all his corruption and crimes he was a part. You want your sons to be honest, successful and carry on your name. If they follow your example and value they will make you proud. At 74, single, and no posterity really to be proud of it hurts. I failed my parents but I always tried to be honest and wish to please them and hope to meet them on the other side. Thank you again for the good service. He has to lose Nov. 3rd in 123 days and shown the door on January 20, 2021 or 200 days.. Today a 3rd inspector general Bill Barr (the Roy Cohn) for 45 has removed another investigation on 45 and Rudy. Biden has one "hell of a mess to correct". Waite to have Fox and the republicans to later claim all of this is a witch hunt to hurt them and 45 who has hidden and been obstruction justice the Robert Muller had in report. I was having issues with a couple hose bibs dripping and a toilet that was screaching with a minor leak at the shut off valve. Learned from Dan that the house was over pressurized. I saw the meter testing myself and was shocked. Installed a pressure valve that fixed all my issues at once. Toilet is no longer leaking and shreeking and nor is the hose bibs leaking. Took no time at all for the installation of the pressure valve. I used Burke Plumbing (Precision Plumbing) twice this year, once 4/2020 for a plumbing issue and once 5/2020 for a gas leak. Both times the associate went above and beyond to fix my issue and gave me different options that would help me save some money in getting the issue fixed. We were in a bind, one of my outdoor faucets started leaking and we just sold this home and had the new owners inspector coming to inspect in less than 24 hours. We called Precision because they are local and we weren't disappointed. Jared did a great job! He advised us that the supply line for our washing machine was leaking and causing water to drip in the basement. He replaced two of our toilets and did an excellent job. He assembled the new toilets in the garage, took out our old toilets and installed the new toilets in a very short time. He came to our house at the expected time and called when he was a1/2 hour away. He even cleaned up after taking out the old toilets. We had a service call to our home that was done by Dan B. We had called the company with an issue of our sinks being backed up and not draining properly, and our pipes being clogged. He was very professional, efficient, and had the best manners I've ever experienced with anyone that I've called to my home as a business call. He got straight to work and effectively was able to diagnose the issue and had my pipes running smooth in less than an hour. Had Nick R as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had a sump pump emergency and a short window to get it fixed before a weekend forecast of rain! Rob to the rescue! We told him what we thought was the issue, he took that information and assessed our whole sump pump situation. He gave us a few options ranging from fixing the issue immediately to correcting long term and the risks/benefits of each. We went with an in between option that was reasonably priced. I bumped into Josh while out running errands and I asked for a card. A few days later I contacted Precision Plumbing Solutions to get my shower limiter adjusted and to get a sink unclogged. Josh showed up early for the job and was extremely helpful and professional. He fixed both problems quickly and I asked him for his advice on a saddle valve as well. I chose to go the traditional method with HomeAdvisor for a plumber. I was able to select from a few plumber in my area. Without a doubt I believe I selected the best, when I selected Precision Plumbing Solutions. Starting with Mandi of HomeAdvisor and ending with Lexie thru to Rob of Precision Plumbing. I know that I made the best decision. Rob lived up to the companies name. He was truly precise. The quality of work was excellent, he valued his work and me as a customer, he was very professional with me, my home and my family members, He was responsive with giving instruction and listening to our concerns, and I didn't have call and ask "Where is my Tech?" If anything, I may have needed a few more minutes to wrap up what I was doing. With the team I worked with, Yes! I would hire Precision again if needed. Scheduling appointment was fast. Received 2hr window and call when they were en route. Rob was friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and concerns about water pressure. Installed new faucet and flex lines and left the area clean. They are a bit pricey, but I feel that will stand behind their work and I will use them again when I'm ready for a new water heater. 2020 update: Since original review I have used Precision for a new water heater, all plumbing work for remodeled kitchen (sink, faucet, dishwasher and fridge line) and rough in/finish for half bath in newly finished basement. We discovered a flood in the basement on a Friday, and called hoping to get an appointment before waiting through the weekend. The very kind receptionist arranged for an appointment that very day. My water heater failed. Dan made it to my home within the hour and explained my options. Call any other plumber besides these guys. I installed a left handed thread thermal couple and for some reason it was lighting on my water heater. Josh W. came out during an ice storm, and assessed the issue. He came back after getting the necessary supplies to replace a shutoff valve to our icemaker in the basement. I had to have it turned up for a ceiling that was going in, so it wasn't an emergency. I will say, Josh W. was one of the nicest, kindness, professional and soft spoken plumber I have ever meet. This company is doing something right, when the have highly qualified and professional speaking employees like Josh W. Plumbing is expensive to assess, and do, so if you have a problem with a service fee for coming out to your house, because you want a free quote, then find another business. Josh W. came out to install a new toilet as well as fix a jammed garbage disposal. He did a great job installing the toilet and cleaning up after himself. He is very pleasant and professional. He fought with the garbage disposal for quite a while and was about to give up on it until he decided to help clean out the existing food as he knew it would continue to smell until I could get the disposal replaced. In doing so he found the culprit! It was a measuring spoon that was wedged deep down inside the disposal preventing it from running freely. He really went above and beyond to help me and in doing so I do not have to spend the money for a new one. I wish all contractors would show this kind of integrity.. We had Home Depot come out to install a new oven and dishwasher last Wed. They left without installing the dishwasher b/c they claimed there were no valves upstairs - that they were in the basement so they couldn't complete the install and told us to call a plumber. I was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Dan came out. He was very friendly and professional. After getting under the sink, which apparently the guys from HD didn't (I wasn't home for the install appt w/ HD), he saw that we in fact have the three valves we need, but that they were behind the disposal so they were kind of hidden. Since we had already paid HD for the install and it was quite a bit less expensive, I decided to have HD come back out since we do actually have the valves they claimed we didn't. If the price wasn't an issue, I definitely would have just had Dan install it that day. He was excellent. Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the basement that had caused a fair amount of water damage to some stored stuff before I discovered it. Our experience with scheduling an appointment didn't go well. Dan Bertschmann came out to access the situation and determined that it was going to be an involved job, so we rescheduled the work to be done on a Friday morning. When I didn't hear anything by 12:15, I called and was told that we had rescheduled, which we had not, so had to wait until Monday to have the work done. I did request Dan because, on his first visit, he was very thorough and explained in detail everything that would need to be done. He came back on Monday to do the work and got it done in a timely manner and went above and beyond. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. Our 23 year old water heater started leaking last week. Unfortunately it was positioned between the furnace and a wall with not much room to spare. The existing heater was only 18 inches in diameter, but the new ones are bigger. Precision Plumbing Solutions was the third one to provide an estimate. With the first 2, we were looking at most likely needing to go with a tankless one that was going to be much more expensive or placing a new tank in a location that was going to require rerouting everything else. When Josh showed up, he realized with taking about an inch out a 2X4 that was in the way we could put a 20 inch diameter tank in the same place for a lot less money. Josh had a family reason that was going to prevent him from installing it on the following Monday, and the company got that squared away immediately and sent out Kent to install it. We went without a dishwasher for 2 years. I bought one and we tried to install it, but we were clueless. It sat in the family room for a year and a half. Then our pipes under the kitchen sink came undone one day. No problem, right? WRONG. Bought replacement parts and fit them together like a jigsaw puzzle. Except they kept coming apart and leaking. Finally we couldn't get it to stay together anymore. Decided to use home advisor and find an expert. Initially just for the sink so I could go back to washing dishes by hand at least. First impression was not good because they called to say he was on his way. What? I thought he wasn't coming until tomorrow (my day off). Oh well, it has to be fixed. While getting my estimate for the the sink I decided to ask about the dishwasher. Quoted me a fair price. Could he do it today? Sure! Turns out we weren't so clueless, the old dishwasher was pretty poorly installed and the professional even had some trouble getting it out. But he was a trooper. Dedicated. Knowledgeable. Tenacious. Handy. And a winner! He not only got the new dishwasher installed, but educated me a bit and showed me how the previous set up under the sink wasn't really up to code. He turned the hot mess under my sink into a more efficient use of pipes and space. I was worried it would take forever and my 2nd-shift-working family members wouldn't be able to shower before work (since the water was off during the repairs) but everything was completed in a timely manner. Dan was my saviour today. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. 5 stars!! And it probably was my mistake for the scheduling. Rob was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and after thirty or so minutes of analyzing my problem, he offered the best solution which was not using their services. I am going to utilize my brother, and his concrete skills to fix some foundation issues. I did end up having fix my hall bathroom sink. We had a sewer backup. Dan Bertschmann from Precision Plumbing Solutions came within an hour of being called. Before he started to snake the drain he explained what it was going to entail and helped me move things in the basement so they wouldn't get dirty. After the drain was working properly he fixed the problem with the kitchen sink. He even told my husband how to fix a few things himself, and some yearly drain maintenance tips to save us some money in the future. I found this quite impressive because you don't usually see this type of service anymore. The whole experience was pleasant. They called and said they had a cancelation and would I like them to come sooner to which I gladly agreed. Cole arrived shortly after. I showed him what the problem was with the faucet and he'd agreed but then he said the leak through the ceiling below was probably from the stool which he found was wobbly. I had a clogged kitchen sink that another local company came and "fixed". Not only did they not fix the clog, but they also cracked the pipe and caused a leak in the basement. After getting the runaround from them, I called Precision Plumbing to come and fix the leak. Josh came by to take a look and explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the broken pipe. He was very thorough in his explanation. We scheduled the appointment to fix the pipe and Josh showed up bright and early since it was going to take all day to complete the fix. Josh did a great job in keeping the damage to my cabinets and finished basement to a minimum. He kept me informed of what he was doing the whole time and made sure to show me where the pipe was broken and what he was doing to fix it. Josh removed all of the old broken cast iron pipe and replaced it with PVC. He even laid out the broken pipe in my back yard so that I could see exactly what it looked like. While Josh was installing the new PVC pipe, he found that the existing pipe going to the sewer was still clogged. He took the time to snake it and unclog it so that I wouldn't have any further issues with it. When Josh was done, he cleaned up everything in the kitchen and basement so that it looked the same as it did before he started his work. I called Precision Plumbing after dealing with contractors sent out by 2-10 Warranty. The previous contractors were dishonest and didn't fix the problem. Kent showed up today and he was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. To make a long story short these guys fixed a leaking kitchen sink for me. About a week later it started leaking again. They came out and the tech said we should replaced the faucet and tried to fix it. I had to pay for the new faucet of course but their guy went to Home Depot bought the new faucet and installed it at no charge. He did a great job, no hassle. Dan did an excellent job repairing two leaky sinks. He diagnosed the two problems quickly and did great work. The sinks don't leak and we liked the price. Because we had such a good first experience, we asked them to come do maintenance on our sewer line. Fantastic experience that didn't drain me - or did it? Josh was extremely proficient in solving the problem. He knew just what to do. And when he ran into trouble due to the 'unique' way the builder did some things, he was able to work around it with no trouble at all. He was clean and careful around the cleanout laying down towels, tarps and other things to be sure nothing got on our walls or floors. The pipe under the foundation was so clogged with 30+ years of buildup it took TIME to break through, but Josh was patient with the process and even allowed me to ask questions and learn a few things while we let the snake do it's work. He was flush with answers. We had a few laughs, too. "Oh, it'll be easy," I said. "It's a simple blockage," I said. Famous last words. The job took a little longer and more effort than I expected, but by the way Josh handled himself, I don't think he was surprised or bothered by it. Actually, he probably anticipated it. lol. Dan came out yesterday to do the nitty-gritty work of changing out 6 toilets. Things got ugly when he removed a couple of the 20 year old units to find they hadn't been originally installed correctly. It was nasty. Dan handled it great, making sure to show and explain the situation to me before proceeding with work that would require extra charges. We discussed the options and possibilities for correcting the shoddy work and Dan gave good recommendation for best steps to proceed with. I had a battery backup sump pump installed a few months ago but the alarm on the backup kept going off on its own. Precision Plumbing came out a couple of times to trouble shoot but we still had issues. Today Kent and Richard came to trouble shoot one more time. Turns out the issue was with the alarm pack and not the actual sump pump or the battery. They provided the best service you could ask for! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They decided to replace and rework the back up system at no cost to me. The parts and labor were still under warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service. Josh with Precision Plumbing Solutions helped repair the cold water intake shutoff valve leading into our water heater, which had developed a leak due to just one use after years of non-use. He was very thorough and explained every step he did. He also educated me on how the water heater works and the proper ways to maintain it to prolong its life. After receiving 9+ inches of rain in less than 2 days, the hydro-static pressure of the water table crushed our sewer lateral in three locations. Precision Plumbing Solutions bid the sewer lateral replacement job quickly and had a very reasonable bid. The job was not easy as large trees had to be removed, the ground became frozen, and the concrete driveway needed to be removed. February is not a prime time for underground plumbing.
